  1. COMPLETE SHOWER


I mean shampoo twice, apply conditioner, exfoliate, shave, use a pumice stone on your feet, and thoroughly wash your entire body. I want you to take a shower that makes you feel like you're slipping into bed with legs as clean as a freshly detailed new car.

  1. Clean your sheets


Having a fresh body means you need to have fresh sheets, I don't make the rules. The connection between personal hygiene and the cleanliness of your bedding is often overlooked, yet it plays a significant role in overall well-being. When you take the time to shower and refresh your body, it sets a tone for the rest of your day.

  1. Use self-tanner or sunbathe outdoors (if you're fortunate to have year-round sunshine)


A nice tan always fixed my issues. All my winter friends use self-tanner. Be sure to use the glove and apply it after your full shower, so you'll end up showering again and feel even better.

Once you step out of the shower, the next step is to lather yourself with a lotion and body oils.

You don't need to do anything elaborate; simply blow-drying your hair and leaving it at that is enough. Fresh, clean hair will enhance your confidence and make you feel like a baddie.
